Episode 1 - The Beginning...
In this first episode of "Leaving the Dream" I tell my story and the story of my family. You'll learn where we come from and how we survived unimaginable sadness and tragedy. You'll hear about my life from the day my parents met in 1980, until the day I flew to Hawaii to take the entrance exam for the Honolulu Police Department in January 2011.
Episode 2 - The 2%...
In this, the 2nd episode of Leaving the Dream, I fly to Hawaii 5 times to apply for police academy. Follow along as I experience the ups AND downs of applying and processing for the Honolulu police department in Hawaii. We'll talk about taking the Civil Service Exam and how to prepare for it. We'll talk about the background investigation, the psychological evaluations, the polygraph, and even the physical requirements of being accepting into the police academy at Ke Kula Makai. What happens next is anyones guess.

In this episode of "Remember the Time..." I sit down with my hero and mother, Bobbi Green. "Cookie" as we call her, is a super woman who has survived unimaginable tragedies. She's the reason I'm alive. I love her and she inspires me everyday. Cookie dives deeper into the stories you learned about in Episode 1 of "Leaving the Dream" but from her perspective. I love you Ma! You amaze me with your love and loyalty. Thanks for doing this for me.
